Shipping Methods and Policies

Shiping Locations: We ship to all locations of the USA and Canada. We also ship to UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Norway, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Austria, Iceland, Greenland, Finland, Ireland and Denmark.

 

Shipping Method: Most orders are processed within 24hrs. All items are in stock, but some may come from other warehouses. Default shipping is  by US Postal Service Priority Mail. You may also choose UPS shipping service for USA locations.

 

Return Policy: Because of the nature of digital media for CDs and DVDs, this content is warranted to work as described. No exchanges or returns for digital media or books. Exchanges can only be made for defective media by returning the defective CD or DVD within 10 days of the purchase. After 10 days defective media can be returned and exchanged for $15 plus shipping and handling fee.
