INTRODUCTION TO MASTERCAM |
Description
This is a 4-day course over a two week period, designed to provide the fundamental
knowledge necessary to use Mastercam Version 9 efficiently. The user will have a
better chance to retain information learned in our newly developed classes. This
class will
Focus is on Mastercam 2D design, manipulation of geometry and generation of 2D toolpath.
Day one and two will focus entirely on geometry creation and configuration settings for 2D design and 2D toolpaths . One week later on Day Three and four focus entirely on 2D toolpath, tool libraries. Instructor
Steve Arteman is the only Mastercam Educational Certified Instructor in Northern Illinois. Steve has taught and programmed all aspects( Mill, Lathe, Wire EDM, Post Processors,) of Mastercam for 10 years and has over 20 years of Manufacturing and CAM Programming experience, working directly and indirectly with Mastercam Education.

software. Classes are limited to 10 students per session. One student per workstation. Class is primarily Hands-On instruction. Training books and materials are supplied. |
