Advanced Mastercam Design & Mill

Description
This course focuses on the creation of more complex 3-D geometry, multiple surfaces and 3-D milling of a multiple surface operations featured in Mastercam Version 9.1. Setup and customization of Mastercam surfacing and Solids will be covered and discussed.

Our  instructor is currently Certified in Instruction of Mastercam with over 20 years of Manufacturing experience working directly and indirectly with Mastercam Education.

Day one and two focus entirely on geometry 3D geometry creation  and configuration settings for 3D design and toolpaths . Day Three and four focus entirely on 3D Surface and Solid toolpath, Roughing and finishing.

 Classes will run each day from 8:30AM to 4:30PM with a one week break between Design and Mill. This break will allow better comprehension for the student.

Prerequisites
Mastercam Mill Basic or Equivalent experience with toolpaths

• Classes are taught using Mastercam 9.1  software.
• Classes are limited to 10 students per session.
• One student per workstation.
• Class is primarily “Hands-On” instruction.
• Training books and materials are supplied.
